Happy Trails and our affiliated companies do not sell or distribute any products that are in violation of the United States Controlled Substances Act (USA CSA). Our company does sell and distribute hemp-based products.
Since June of 2018, the Happy Trails team has grown to four locations and built an expert team of cannabinoid therapy consultants. We’ve become a destination location for a lot of people looking to learn or try CBD for their first time. Oftentimes we tell customers that we don’t mind if they are making a purchase or not, if they have learned one new thing after walking into Happy Trails, then we have achieved our goal.
Our entire team believes in the therapeutic potential of the whole cannabis plant. We strive to one day be able to share all of the benefits that nature has to offer in a medicinal sense. We are hopeful that one day our state and federal laws will allow for an environment where consumers can make an informed decision about their health in regards to the full potential of the cannabis plant.
Happy Trails was founded by husband-and-wife team, Jason and Kayla Tokarczyk in June 2018. The duo are Wisconsin natives with a strong desire to educate customers on the potential health benefits of legal, hemp-derived CBD.
Kayla was diagnosed with a rare disorder, Sphincter of the Oddi dysfunction in 2016. This disorder causes a backup of digestive fluid and severe abdominal pain. The condition significantly decreased her quality of life. When her GI Specialist affirmed the only way to fix herself would be to go under the knife, they began exploring alternative medicine.
Kayla's amazing recovery is what sparked their desire to bring awareness to the therapeutic potential of CBD. Once hemp was legalized again in the state of WI, the team went to work on their dream to share her story in hopes to help as many people as they could. Happy Trails was born and founded on just that, the desire to help others.
“It’s my wife’s baby, she conceptualized it…really because she just wanted to help people, now we’ve learned so much about the wellness effects that come from hemp-derived products, our research, our partners and our brands are allowing us to do just that, help so many people” says owner, Jason Tokarczyk.
